If you are not satisfied with your current Registered Agent service's annual fee, we manage your company's agent change across 50 states. You can change your current Registered Agent registration without closing or re-establishing your company, and continue to receive official notices through your new agent.

The process begins with a review of your company information and current Registered Agent registration. Your company's registration status along with current agent and office information are verified. If there are any outstanding reports, debts, or registration issues that must be resolved before the change request is submitted, you will be notified.

Once you have completed your new Registered Agent selection, the necessary acceptance, authorization, or change documents are prepared. The application is submitted to the relevant government authority, tracked by file number, and any requests for corrections or additional information from the authority are addressed accordingly.

When the change is approved, your company's official records display the new Registered Agent and registered office information. An approval certificate is provided to you, and subsequent official correspondence is directed through your new agent. To terminate your current service, it is recommended that the old Registered Agent membership not be cancelled until the registration change is complete; this prevents any interruption in notifications.

The service includes preliminary review, preparation of document list, verification of new agent information, completion of change forms, official filing submission, file tracking, and delivery of the result certificate. A Registered Agent change does not alter your company's structure, ownership information, or tax status.

The new Registered Agent's annual service fee and any applicable official change fees are shared before submission. Prior period reports, overdue obligations, or company updates unrelated to the change are not included in standard coverage; these are evaluated separately if needed. This allows you to execute a planned and monitored transition across 50 states without being locked into your current provider's high renewal rates.
