IRS Filings and Company Information Updates

Company information, EIN registration, and the basis of your request are verified first. We determine which form or written application is required and prepare a document list to be presented to you.

The service covers IRS address changes, authorized representative updates, EIN verification letter requests, correction of inaccurate company information, and appropriate document requests related to your company account. Depending on the nature of the filing, Form 8822-B, explanation letters, identification documents, incorporation documents, or documents showing signature authority are prepared. After required authorization documents are completed, the application is submitted to the appropriate IRS office.

After submission, we track delivery and processing status. If the IRS requests additional documents, identity verification, signatures, or explanation, we review the request and prepare the necessary response. Result letters, registration update notices, or requested documents are added to your file and delivered to you upon receipt. IRS processing times vary depending on the type of application and agency workload.

The service includes preliminary review, determination of the correct filing type, preparation of required forms and supporting documents, submission of the application, tracking of agency correspondence, and delivery of result documents. Official fees, notarization, translation, courier, and third-party expenses are charged separately when required and will be communicated before processing begins.

Tax return preparation, prior period filings, tax calculation, payment plans, audit defense, and representation regarding tax liability are not included in this service. If the subject of the IRS correspondence requires tax return or liability review, the file will be separately evaluated and a separate service scope will be established.

We cross-reference documents previously submitted to the IRS with your new request. If incorrect or incomplete information is identified, we will notify you of any points that need correction before submission. Final evaluation and approval of registration changes remain with the IRS.
