If you are not satisfied with your current address provider's pricing, you can transfer your personalized US address service to us. During the transition process, your new Suite number is assigned, necessary documents are prepared, and your new address is activated. To avoid mail loss, it is recommended to keep your previous service active until the address changes are completed.

It is determined whether the application will be made in an individual or company name. The account holder and persons authorized to receive mail are registered. Per USPS regulations, PS Form 1583 is prepared; a photo ID and address verification document are submitted. After documents are approved, your address is activated.

Mail and packages addressed to you or your company are received and recorded under your Suite number. You are notified when a shipment arrives. You may request that the shipment be held, its contents scanned if applicable, forwarded to a US address or international address you provide, or destroyed. The process is carried out according to your instructions.

Under Mail Forwarding, your shipments may be forwarded individually or in bulk at intervals you specify. The forwarding address, shipment frequency, and shipping method are determined according to your request. For shipments with tracking numbers, tracking information is shared. International shipments are subject to carrier regulations, customs procedures, and delivery conditions.

The service includes your personalized Suite number, address activation support, receipt of mail, shipment notifications, and management of forwarding requests. Scanning, extended storage, package handling, repackaging, courier, postal, and international shipping fees may be charged separately according to the plan and shipment characteristics. You will be informed of any additional costs before processing.
