Applications can be made directly to the patent office of each country where registration is requested, or registration can be requested with a single application in more than one country at the same time through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) within the scope of the Madrid Protocol. Our trademark attorneys continue the process through our partnerships with local attorneys or attorney offices for each country. The procedure, total time and price until trademark registration varies by country. 

*In order to apply for a trademark registration abroad, the trademark must be registered in Turkey in the classes to be applied for, in accordance with the Madrid Protocol.
